Bring a pot of water to the boil, add some salt.Wash veggies in cold waterRemove pot from heat, carefully place veggies into boiling water and cover.While veggies are blanching - Start mixing the sauce.Mix soy sauce, garlic oil and some sesame.After about 5min (Depending on the thickness of the veg stems, and your own crunchy preferences) Drain the veggies, then drizzle sauce over the veggies.
